POST Wrestling Café – December: The BEST & WORST of 2024, “Knock at the Cabin”, NOAH Departure ’04 – POST Wrestling

This December on the POST Wrestling Café we end the year with some of our biggest shows!

Beginning this Thursday, it’s the final TALK of 2024 as John Pollock & Wai Ting close out the year with a chat about the past year at POST Wrestling, some thoughts on the year coming up, and the latest on their lives.

We will have two editions of Rewind-A-Wai with shows on December 12 & December 19

John & Wai will present a review of Knock at the Cabin starring Dave Bautista and directed by M. Night Shyamalan.

While vacationing at a remote cabin, a young girl and her parents are taken hostage by four armed strangers who demand that the family make an unthinkable choice to avert the apocalypse. With limited access to the outside world, the family must decide what they believe before all is lost.

The following week, we review Pro Wrestling NOAH’s Departure event at the Tokyo Dome in 2004 featuring a classic match between Kenta Kobashi and Jun Akiyama for the GHC Heavyweight Championship. Plus, Mitsuharu Misawa & Yoshinari Ogawa vs. Keiji Muto & Taiyo Kea, Minoru Suzuki & Yoshihiro Takayama vs. Takeshi Morishima & Takeshi Rikio, Jushin Thunder Liger vs. Yoshinobu Kanemaru & more.

The big comes at the end of December when POST Wrestling Café members have access to our annual BEST & WORST of 2024 Show.

John Pollock & Wai Ting are joined by Davie Portman & Braden Herrington to chronicle the year that was and hand out awards in all the major categories including Best Wrestler, Best on the Mic, Best PPV, and Match of the Year – along with some awful stuff the year brought us.

Plus: Café exclusive reviews of ROH Final Battle and NJPW Strong Style Evolved!

It’s a stacked month on the POST Wrestling Café and $6 gains you 30 days of access and all of these bonus shows, plus ad-free editions of Rewind-A-Raw & Rewind-A-Dynamite, weekly shows covering SmackDown & Collision, and our entire archive including 170 editions of Rewind-A-Wai.
