Bálor has two title matches coming up.
Finn Bálor approached WWE World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER and expressed his opinion that the champion owes him a title match. He stated that he helped GUNTHER defeat Damian Priest to become champion at SummerSlam and assisted him in retaining over Priest at Survivor Series.
Dominik Mysterio was beside Bálor, and GUNTHER said unlike Bálor, Dominik has a win over Priest. He added that he did not need Bálor’s help at Survivor Series.
There was a singles match later in the night between Mysterio and GUNTHER which GUNTHER emerged victorious from. Post-match, Bálor ambushed GUNTHER.
It was later made official that GUNTHER is going to be defending the World Heavyweight Championship against Finn at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 14th. Raw General Manager Adam Pearce then informed Bálor that he and J.D. McDonagh will be defending their World Tag Team Championships on the 12/9 Raw.
