Transilien and RER traffic, disruptions on June 24

SNCF STRIKE. Due to a call for a strike by drivers this Friday, June 24, 2022, the RER A, RER C and RER D lines as well as half of the Transilien trains are severely disrupted. Check the traffic forecast.

[Mis à jour le 24 juin 2022 à 06h02] This Friday, June 24, a strike call at the initiative of the SNCF and RATP unions is disrupting traffic on lines A, C and D of the RER and lines H, J, L and R of the Transilien en Île. -de-France, day of the Rugby Top 14 final whose meeting is scheduled for 8:45 p.m. at the Stade de France.

The four lines H, J, L and R of the Transilien encounter strong disruptions with one train in three on average in circulation, according to the management of the SNCF. On the RER A, the line is half spared, otherwise it will be necessary to plan 3 trains out of 4 at peak times, 1 train per hour at off-peak hours on the Cergy branch and only 1 train out of 3 on the Poissy branch. On the RER C, plan 2 trains out of 3 and on the RER D, half of the trains will run at peak times and 1 train out of 3 at off-peak times. On certain branches (lines H of the Transilien and RER A), replacement buses will replace the trains.

Happy news, according to the Transilien site, the RER B, which serves the Stade de France, is ultimately only very little disturbed and the interconnection is maintained at the Gare du Nord. In addition, the RATP has reinforced lines 12 and 13 of the metro at peak times, another solution to get to the Stade de France.

  • RER A disruptions : This Friday, June 24, traffic is very disrupted between Cergy le Haut and Nanterre Prefecture and between Poissy and Nanterre Prefecture. On the Cergy branch, plan 2 out of 3 trains at peak times and 1 train per hour at off-peak times. On the Poissy branch, plan 1 train out of 3 at peak times and 1 train per hour at off-peak times. Traffic is normal on the rest of the line. From 9:30 p.m., due to works, no train between Nanterre Prefecture and Cergy le Haut / Poissy. Substitution bus in Sartrouville for Cergy and Poissy.

  • RER C disruptions : This Friday, June 24, traffic is disrupted on the entire line at the rate of 2 out of 3 trains. Some deletions are to be expected.
  • RER D disruptions : This Friday, June 24, traffic is severely disrupted on the entire line, at the rate of 1 train out of 3. No train is running between Paris Gare de Lyon and Châtelet les Halles. It is advisable to refer to the lines of the RER A and the metro 14.
  • RER E disruptions : This Friday, June 24, normal traffic.
  • Transilien disruptions:
  • H-line : This Friday, June 24, very badly disturbed traffic on the whole of the line.
  • J-line : This Friday, June 24, 1 train out of 2 on average at peak times and 1 train out of 3 on average at off-peak hours.
  • K-line : normal traffic
  • L-line : This Friday, June 24, 1 train out of 2 on average at peak times and 1 train out of 3 on average at off-peak hours.
  • Line N : normal traffic except for works.
  • P-line : normal traffic except for works.
  • R-line : This Friday, June 24, very badly disturbed traffic on the whole of the line. Plan 1 train out of 3.
  • U-line : normal traffic except for works.

This Friday, June 24, 2022, the SUD-Rail, CGT, Unsa, CFDT, FO, La Base, CGT-RATP and Unsa Ratp unions are calling on RATP and SNCF agents to continue to demand, as during of the Champions League final on May 28 at the Stade de France, a salary increase and also to protest against the impromptu schedule changes due to the works on these lines.

“Our trade unions are calling for continued mobilization with the next stage being the Top 14 rugby final on Friday June 24 at the Stade de France”, they announced in a joint press release, specifying “being ready to continue discussions in a peaceful and loyal environment”.
