“Comrades, I have come to participate with all due respect. We believe it is convenient that, when we are leaders, we know how to conduct a meeting of this magnitude. When there is something to clarify, solve or support an issue, it is not in this way. There is a table, and I have a delegation here that can receive your demands, as long as we talk, we will immediately give you an answer. The president said that the Executive has presented to Parliament more than 33 bills, including the one aimed at achieving the balance of powers and governance in the country.
He stressed that this initiative sought to clarify the issue of the presidential vacancy, the question of trust and censorship. However, he indicated, the constitutional reform proposal was sent to the archive.
He also mentioned the bill for the massification of gas, which is still waiting to be included in the parliamentary agenda. Similarly, he referred to the referendum proposal to convene a constituent assembly, which was also shelved.
