  2. Put it on a plate and cover it with a napkin or plastic lid.
  3. Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  4. Wait for it to cool down and use.

  2. Place it in the stovetop oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Let cool and use.

Film paper and lemon.

If you want it for the next few days:

  1. Cut the avocado in half and pass the juice of a lemon over the pulp.
  2. Put it back together and wrap with plastic wrap (leave the bone).
  3. Reserve in the fridge until the expected maturation is reached.
