“The plot is bigger than people think”

The head of Madeira Invest Club (MIC), Alvaro Romillawho has denounced the MEP from Se Acabó La Fiesta Alvise Perezto whom he would have given 100,000 euros from the alleged MIC pyramid scheme, will not defend himself against what he calls “hoaxes and lies” that are being poured until the judicial proceedings are completed.

In statements sent this Saturday, Romilla has indicated that every day, since the closure of MIC, receives dozens of messages asking for explanations that do not arrive because there has been a closure of bank accounts, which means that “we cannot continue operating with our flow and this means that the entire structure is at risk.”

Romilla has highlighted that, before anyone filed a complaint, he appeared at the prosecutor’s office, providing information about both MIC and what was happening, “which basically It’s a much bigger plot. than you can imagine, with the sole objective of ending MIC”.

“The plot is bigger than people think”

Romilla has insisted that this is not the time to give explanations because, when one is involved in a procedure, “to the judge, “What he likes least is when you declare things out there, without having told him before.”

Justice has the times it has and “I don’t set them”, there are procedures and deadlines that must be met, Romilla stressed, adding that “Once that happens, things change.”

Given the doubts that exist about what will happen to MIC, with the works, with the assets, with the money and what will happen in the future, he assured that “all this has a solution, but we have to wait for the end of the procedures, to get out of the mud and get to work.
