The Carter Center’s senior advisor for Latin America, Jennie Lincoln, showed this Wednesday before the Organization of American States (OAS) alleged original voting records of the presidential elections of Venezuela on July 28, according to which the opposition standard bearer Edmundo González Urrutia won with 67%.
“It was sent to me by international mail, I am going to show it to you after this session so that you can see it. These are original minutes from Venezuela that have a QR code that is significant and that allows the witnesses of thousands and thousands of tables to systematically collect information,” he said at a press conference.
The minutes would show that the opponent Edmundo González Urrutia “had won the vote by 67% and (the president of Venezuela) Nicolás Maduro had achieved 31%,” he added.
