next fall Madrid will have its own ‘Big Apple’. The Paseo de la Castellana in the capital of Spain is preparing for the arrival of Nuga Castellana, a new luxury real estate complex that will include commercial, residential and office areas at number 200 of the exclusive street, run by the developer Pimco. All spaces in the same block
Currently, in this block there was already a shopping center and several offices, but they were not connected to each other. Thus, the objective of this new project is unify each of the spaces managed by Pimco in a single luxury block.
As specified by the real estate portal Idealisticthese are the properties at Paseo de la Castellana 200-208, Felix Boix 4-8, Doctor Fleming 39-41 and Carlos Maurrás 7, five residential units of the 14 that make up the complex next to commercial spaces.
In this way, the new ‘Big Apple’ of Madrid will be a multifunctional spacecombining residences, work spaces and commercial areas under one roof. According to predictions, it will be released in the last quarter of 2025.
