Compromís deputy Aitana Mas celebrates that “there is no longer a trace” of the cancer she suffered

The Compromís deputy in Les Corts Valencianes, Aitana Mashas announced on his social networks that the doctors have informed him that “there is no longer a trace” of the cancer which was diagnosed last April, according to the latest analyzes after the operation to which she underwent.

“They were the words I most wanted to hear from my doctors,” shared Mas, who celebrates that “the chemo and I have ruined him” to the disease, stage 3 breast cancer, in a text accompanied by a photograph in which two hands are seen holding glasses making a toast.

“Everything I have suffered every day since April 11 has been worth it. And is that I have suffered a lotalthough he always has a smile,” says the deputy.

Mas, 34 years old and mother of two children, thanks her husband, family and friends for making her “forget everything at times”, as well as the affection of the people who have cared about her and all the health personnel who have “taken care of and cured” her.

“Unfortunately, this good news does not mean that everything is over now, there is still a long way to go,” he adds, since he will soon begin radiotherapy sessions and a few months of treatment. “But I’ll do it more calmly,” thank you.

The regional parliamentarian was first vice president of the Valencian Government at the end of the previous legislature, when replaced Mónica Oltra after her resignation.
